11 June 2017 – Church Newsletter

We come together this morning as God’s family to offer our praise, bring our prayers, listen to His word and to encourage each other in our faith.

This morning we continue our series of Life on The Frontline by looking at the ‘Frontline Concern’ and watching out for God in our ordinary situations.

Jason and Paul lead the service and the children’s activities will start after the first part of the service where we worship together as one family.

Whether regular or visitor, we hope you find a warm welcome and are able to join us for refreshments and fellowship after the service. If you would like to know more about our building or any aspect of our fellowship life together, then please do ask one of the welcome team.

Broadwater Baptist Website

We’re very grateful to Simon Napper who has been keeping our website in tip top condition for some time now. If you want to access previous copies of newsletters, see videos of services or check out the diary dates, then make sure you click on our website for the full picture. www.broadwaterbaptist.org.uk

Emails

From time to time we also send round emails concerning pastoral issues or upcoming events. If you would like to be included on the distribution list for this then please let Lauren Rycroft have your details.

Facebook

We also have a small team of volunteers who keep a feed on facebook as an additional way to keep up with our church life. Did you know that most articles are seen by several hundred people and after the recent Manchester bombings 2000 people saw our prayer for all those caught up in the tragedy.

We have started to stream our services too and these are regularly viewed by over 100 people. So even if you can’t be here, you can still keep up!

Something to say?

If you’d like to have something mentioned in the newsletter either an article to share or an event to tell others about; do let Paul Rycroft know and he’ll try to include it in this weekly sheet. Most reliable way is email him as that way he’s less likely to forget to include it!
