This morning Ted and Jason lead our service as we kick off our series on Life on the Frontline by examining the great commission recorded in Matthew chpt 28 v 16-20.

The children will be going to their special sessions in creche and Powerbase after the first part of the service. This week they will be looking at Abram & Lot as they deal with big herds of sheep!

We hope you feel comfortable on our premises and receive a warm welcome. Stay if you can for refreshments after the service, for which there is no charge. This leaflet gives you some idea of the activities in our fellowship; but to know more our welcome team or any of the regulars can give you a much better picture of life at BBC 🙂

Rainbow’s 30th Birthday Celebrations

The youngest of the guiding organisations for the 5-7 year olds is celebrating thirty years this year. As part of the celebrations our unit joined with others from West Sussex on a trip to Paulton’s Park yesterday. After a damp start, the sun came out and a great day was had by all. Thanks to our own Purply and Shiny for their support each week to this group of young ladies and braving a whole day out with these bundles of energy !

Camp

As we start to think of summer, then we have our planning meeting for this year’s camp after the service this morning. It’s your opportunity to get involved and be part of what goes on. Please do support and volunteer ideas and time to help make camp as amazing this year as it always is—no pressure 🙂

One Mission

Linda’s homegroup are providing coffee and ploughman’s lunches all in aid of One Mission. Come along to 39 St. Georges Road from llam on 17th June to join in fellowship, refreshments and lunch. And of course all proceeds then go towards our One Mission fund, which we use to support our Baptist friends in their work both home and abroad.

Café

Our wonderful café runs as part of the Wave Centre here at church. With it’s great mixture of volunteers and staff it’s able to provide good value meals and refreshments for those in our local community.

Open weekdays 9am—3pm.

Service Recordings

We record our services and have started to stream some of the talks through Facebook Live as ways to keep up with our time together. On occasion we also take pictures for use in our website or reports in line with our data policy. If you don’t want your image to be included then please just mention to our welcome team.
