We gather to celebrate an ongoing relationship with God that stretches back beyond the start of history and stretches beyond eternity.

This morning Lauren is leading our music and Jason will be talking from Luke 6 vs 20-26.
We hope you feel comfortable on our premises and receive a warm welcome. Stay if you can for refreshments after the service, for which there is no charge. If you need directions to the loo or have any questions then just ask— our welcome team wear lanyards, but most others are regulars and quite friendly really 🙂

We work to offer fresh choices through practical and emotional support befriending and mentoring. Empowering women working and at risk of sexual exploitation including those trafficked into prostitution, to make fresh choices, sustain a new life and discover their intrinsic value and worth as individuals.

News from Charlotte
Charlotte’s journey started by her deciding to do Youth for Christ, and she is thankful for the support BBC gave her by doing lots of activities to raise money to fund her. Charlotte went to Bath for a year and absolutely loved it and decided to continue by studying for a degree in Youth Work, Communities and Practical Theology. Again, BBC supported her throughout her first year when she was based in Worthing. After a year Charlotte moved to Kings Church in Didcot, Oxford, where she stayed for two years. At first she found it difficult but she soon embraced the challenge knowing she had the full support of her family and friends. Charlotte finished her degree in the summer, graduating with a 2:1 and last week we attended her graduation ceremony in London. It was a very proud day for all of us and wonderful for us to celebrate her achievements. She will be continuing her role as a youth worker at Kings Church and would like to thank everyone who has supported and prayed for her over the years.

One Mission
As most of you will know, for some time now Denise has been selling Avon, and for all orders made through the BBC Denise gives 25% of the cost to One Mission. She is giving up Avon at Christmas, so if anybody else would like to see a book – particularly with Christmas in mind perhaps – and see whether they would like to order anything to boost One Mission’s coffers please just have a word with Denise. Thanks.

Latvian Biblical Centre, Riga
David Rockall gave an update on his visit to Riga and presented the video below at the service. David hopes to return with Linda next year when it is reaching completion.
