Wow! What a brilliant afternoon of Quizzing!
21 teams took part and we all had a lot of fun!
Thanks to everyone who was involved in making today happen and a special thanks must go to Alan Sweetman-Hicks for being a fabulous quiz master and making us think...a lot!

An amazing £465 was raised to go towards Lawrence's trip to Ecuador with Camps International in the summer.
One last event remains Barbara Sealerbara Seale walk 100 miles in 10 weeks which is quite a 'feet' for someone who turned 80 at the end of last year! 👣 Go Barbara! We think you're amazing! 🙌🏻

Paul led this morning's service, when we reminded ourselves of what we have learned over the last 12 months, all the different aspects of church life that we are blessed with, and how we have grown in our faith. Thanks also to Adam for providing the music and leading us in our worship songs.

What a wonderful service we had tonight! Huge thanks to Lancing Brass for leading our carols so beautifully. We're certainly beginning to feel very festive as we prepare to celebrate our Saviours birth.

Christingle Service
What can we say about Christingle? If you’ve never been to a Christingle service before, you’re in for a real treat — quite literally! It’s a joyful way to remember that Christmas is about more than just ourselves. The Christingle reminds us that God is at work in the world, at all times and in all places — and yes, it even involves sweets!
During this morning's service, we thought about new growth within the church and community. We decorated these leaves (with prayers on the reverse) and filled this tree with them.

You’re warmly invited to join us as we sing all your favourite carols. It simply wouldn’t be Christmas without gathering together by candlelight to share in the hope that this season brings, as we continue to celebrate the coming of Jesus.

Our Nativity Service
This is a wonderful opportunity to relive those childhood memories of being a shepherd, a wise man, or even taking on one of the lead roles as Mary or Joseph. But at our Nativity, everyone will have the chance to join in and play any part they choose. It will be a Nativity like no other you’ve ever experienced!

🎄Why not come along to our Christmas Fun Event on Saturday from 3pm-5pm where we'll be celebrating a Latvian Christmas.
🎄We'll have all the usual Christmas fun — making decorations, tasting festive treats, and plenty of activity in the hall — all with a Christmas and a Latvian twist!
🎄REMEMBER: The Worst Christmas Jumper Competition is back by unpopular demand 😉 — and there might even be a special prize for the best Latvian-themed outfit!

We were delighted in church this morning when no fewer than five people were baptised! This is a public demonstration of our faith in God, and was witnessed by well over 100 BBC regulars and guests. Such a joyous occasion 😀❤️

Massive thanks to everyone involved in today's Winter Fair. It was an amazing day that saw many, many people coming to peruse the amazing array of stalls and enjoy the delicious offering Café. I don't think they stopped serving the whole time they were open! Well done Heather and her fabulous team!
Thanks also need to go especially to El who organised the event. We hope you're having a sit down with a cup of tea now!
There are many more people to thank, those who helped set up, welcomed people and helped tidy up the church afterwards ready for our baptismal service tomorrow!
